TF4 Grimlock?

This could possibly be Grimlock from TF4:
I'm not sure what to make of this, if it indeed is Grimlock, he looks more like some kind of knight or a little like this guy:
Darkon from Teknoman (known in japan as Omega and the show is Tekkaman Blade, yeah, I know, I'm a bit of a anime freak!

kinda looks like a dinosaur skeleton might have been scanned by Grimlock. He must of landed near a museum.

Lots of armor. The only thing I really don't like are the feet. I need to see more of the head sculpt to make a judgement on that, though. It does look like he's coming with some kick ass weaponry!
