The Year WAS 2013

As the year comes close to an end, we all can look back at a year that wasn't supposed to be (according to the Myan calendar)  
 
Yet it was a year full of good and bad.
 
Some of my favorite things of this year was
Lots of parties
Black Sabbath reunion album & tour with original lead singer Ozzy Osbourne
Original guitarist for Korn rejoins the band and they also make a reunion album and tour
 
the release of all the above mentioned plus
new Megadeth
new Aerosmith
new ZZ Top
 
The release of the best game ever made GRAND THEFT AUTO 5
 
I bought my 1976 Chevy Nova back in August
 
I had a lot of great times being with friends and family over many occasions this year
 
I also had plenty of great times with all of you assholes here on the Lair.
This Lair would be nothing without you guys!
 
I got a new & BETTER job this year. They pay isn't great but it's close to home so I save on gas.
Within 6 months I have been put in control of my crew.
 
I have had giggity COUNTLESS times this year.
 
MP SOUNDWAVE.. my first Transformers purchase in years!!!
 
Nothing really bad happened to me personally this year. My family has been kept safe and is all in good health
For the first time in a very long time... I don't have much to complain about this year.

I've had a good year also, got my life sorted out after my resurrection, met new friends, settled into my house after I moved here while I was dead. 

Most importantly, me and my beautiful lady have been together for exactly a year on 14th November, she deserves a medal for putting up with me.  

My toy collection has begun to grow to what it was before I had the big blow out sale. 

My bossman thinks I'm Harry Houdini after rescuing a stuck tractor without killing myself. 

Yes folks, 2013 was a good year for me.

2013, not to bad a year for me, highlight, well I would say the latest heroes of Olympus book, well one of the highlights of the year, another is the biggest TF ever, speaking of which:



He got into Christmas mood a bit! About the best highlight of the year was seeing all of the Gromits scattered around my local city and the region, the worse bit of the year is, the manager at work screwing up my holiday time, twice, I really need to book some time off again and make sure it happens!

I only died 16 and a half times this year

I'm glad my mini cons were happy with their presents this year.

You and me both, brother!   2013 was an expensive year, both collecting and holiday wise for me. I get shit all year long (as a collector) so it feels good to make every ones Christmas magical.

This is true, the look in your loved ones eyes as they open their presents is priceless.

Especially kids, when their around (two/three years old) preschool - early years of school, they totally love it, I know because my niece, she loves her gifts, thou I think the one that is going to become the most annoying for her parents will be a Furby, it just won't shut up and there is no off switch on it!

now that the "kids" holiday is over it's time to prepare for the grown up version of a holiday.
NEW YEARS EVE is approaching. So let's all get drunk/pissed and have a great time.

New years eve will be like any other day for me

Well my last couple of days of 2013 will be spent relaxing, I got three days off this week, which will let me unwind a bit, then I just need to book some time off in Feb, to try and fill some of my unused Holiday time!

spent most of today doing the things I've been neglecting because of cold weather and GTA 5 addiction.

Cleaned and mowed the yard, and took down the Christmas tree and decorations. Also straightened up my tool shed a bit.
