Your correct Galvy, along with Wing Blade Optimus & Jet pack BB! Blackout is a good figure, sure he may have a bit of trouble in the arms, yet he is a descent figure, unlike the Movie figure, he makes best use of his vehicle mode rear end as a weapon, it being a disk launcher!

I disagree Galvy, Movie Blackout is a rather weak figure, at least the voyager class is, the cyberverse commander figure is better!
