Again. Another one I observed and let pass. I think I was too busy trying to complete my G1 collection....well that and 25th G.I. Joes as well at that time. Also, I didn't really start collecting Classics and Universe figs until around the time Generations came out. So I had to backtrack and grab those as well. I had a few (Classics/Universe) but not many so I had to pay crazy prices for most of them. I remember Universe Ratchet costing me a fortune ($65 MOSC) at that time and now that iGears released Ratchet and Ironhide (I'll get to that review very soon. One you WON'T want to miss!) they're worth next to nothing.
Re: FansProject Warbot Defender
Don't ask me for those pics because I don't own the Warbot Defender and I don't have Generations triple changer Springer yet, but he on preorder due in July! Thou honestly, without really comparing, I say the Generations Springer is better looking than the Warbot, thou that's just my view!

Considering the time difference between Defender and 30th Springer, are you really that surprised? This guy and Knight Morpher Commander were among the first standalone third party figures.

Well something I did read about the Springer toy, he spent two years in R&D! Anyway, I'm looking forward to July when I can finally get my hands on him, reason for delay is, that I'm going with Forbidden Planet and they are cheaper than Kapow, thou I got to wait for him to come out along with the other triple changer in his wave!
