I'm going to plead ignorance in this thread as I'm not too versed in Anime. Or just haven't seen enough of one particular series to be sucked in as a fan.

I like Samurai Champloo, but for the music mostly. Weird, huh? I also loved Tranzor Z, which of course was english dubbed from Mazinger Z. I sure do wish that I had that series on DVD (Tranzor Z) I like anime movies better than most series, really, but they're not shows, of course.

....I was checking some out the other night on Adult Swim. I need someone to suggest a series for a beginner with a short attention span, that wants a good plot without a chatty dialogue and loaded with action!

Trouble is, a lot of series do a lot of talking and develop characters these days and it takes more a priory over action, but for a short series, I suggest Muto, thou you'll have to watch it off the net, in total, its only 9 eps or you could go with Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha which is 13 eps long for its first series! Of course, where a lot of the action is these days, is in the long running ones, thou that can vary, personally, of the long running series I think One piece is the best because its cast are, well, hilarious, the captain stretches, the swordman cuts, a kicking chief, a doctor who also a Reindeer, a cyborg shipwright, just to name some of the strangeness of the main cast!

Yeah, its one of my weekly watches, thou Naruto on that, but Naruto is clearly suffering from to many filler arcs, I know they are meant to let the manga get a head but honestly, all of the filler for Naruto has been rather poorly done! The third, weekly watch, I really recommend is Fairy Tail, I love the cast of that series and I did like the first major filler arc they did recently, that was well done!

Warning, the series currently stands at 581 eps, 12 movies, two that got imput from the creator of One piece, and the series its far from done, so happy watching!

If they're struggling with filler, because manga takes priority, then why not kill off the lead Naruto character?

Then they'll have a lot more trouble to deal with because Naruto carries inside of him a nine tailed demon fox which is pretty large when let loose and they'll have to find away to explain how they contain it and bring Naurto back to life at the same time! So killing off the lead character is a NO NO, I think they should just do seasons like the US and UK TV series instead of dragging the series on and on with pointless stories!
