Mech Ideas Demolishion Crue DC01 Apex and DC02 Geminus
A pictorial review of the pair over on TFW by Jigga:
And if you need a video review, Peaugh's reviewed both the early prototypes and the final production versions on his channel, and Internet Personality Vange1us also has a review up of these bad boys. And if you hurry, you might just be able to enjoy for yourself what a former Mastermind Creations designer who decided to strike out on his own can do.

I hope you don't mind, DB, but I mirrored those images here.
I've been tempted several times to pull the trigger on these guys, especially being reasonably priced at around $70 for the pair. If I were trying to put together a Classics Wrecker collection or was more of a hardcore Jumpstarters fan then these would be "must haves" no doubt about it!

Oh, they didn't make them badass. By the time Mech Ideas touched on these guys, they were already badass. Nick Roche and Last Stand of the Wreckers say 'You're welcome'. :lol!:
Oh, and as for Hasbro's attempt...it ain't pretty, but they've decided to take Rotorstorm's line literally. 'Wreckers, combine!' Good luck getting Brawltwist to stand. At least Impactor finally gets a toy. A pretty crappy one (Onslaught), but better than waiting for Hell to freeze over...which seems like would be the sooner event to happen between it and iGear getting their Presser figure out.

Oh no, I don't mind. Makes it easier just to see them. As for the caveman thing, I'd think it more like a rock with a stick attached to it. Not much different, but much more interesting.

definatly puts G1 to shame. Even Hasbro could not come up with something this great for the CHUG line.

This dynamic duo were definitely something to behold in both the IDW and Marvel comic series. And I agree with you, Galvy, about the toys. It's like a caveman playing in the dark with a rock only to see the sunrise and a rubix cube lying on the ground outside his cave. *Ok...maybe that's not the best analogy*Detective Barricade wrote:Oh, they didn't make them badass. I'm about a mouse-click away from ordering these two today.... ...the more I check into them and the more pics I scour over, the more I realize I'd be missing out not jumping on these while they're still in-stock.

Damn it, Galvatron! After reading IDW's "Last Stand of the Wreckers", I couldn't help myself. Ordered this pair from Captured Prey a couple of days ago, just waiting on Sidecutter to process my order now. Snagged the last pair he had too. Disaster averted...for only $68, I would've been kicking myself later on as that's only $34 bucks each for 3rd party figures. Insanely cheap by todays standards. BBTS still has 60+ in stock but they're moving fast...if you're even considering getting these bad boys, better act soon!
