March Post Whore

With the witching hour drawing near, I'm going to go ahead and call the race. April Fools Day is drawing near and it won't be long before the statistics slate is wiped clean and all records from March will be lost. There has been a few nice surprises this month, which I will get into here in just a second.

Master Galvatron wins the Golden Whore Award yet again this month, and proves that determination and due diligence pay off just by logging on daily and being active in what has otherwise been a month of downtrending as far as overall forum posting is concerned. He maintained his position in the leader pole throughout the month and managed to keep a comfortable cushion over his nearest competitor. Congratulations, you dirty purple, pumping whore! You earned it! I'll continue to eat wolf chow and feed the leftovers to SOP. But yet, I still haven't figured out what the hell a SuperOmegaPrime would eat for energy but there must be plenty of it here on the Lair!

March came in like a lamb....and well went out like a lamb. No one's to blame as the post trending took a dip that was proportionately equal for most of us, though there might have been a few that totally fell off and hopefully will regain their composure next month. We need everyone to be as active as they possibly can be here on the Lair in as many different sub-forums as you can find relevant information to post up. I'd rather come across a bad thread every now and then....over a bad response. That tells the staff that you're engaged.

On to the numbers....31 days in March, so it was a long month. But we only had 1,917 posts this month from all members after having 3 consecutive months with 2,000 or more (2,587; 2,156 and 2,474 respectively). BUT, we shattered a record last month with over 2,500+ so I kind of expected a drop. Only natural when you exert that type of energy. We did, however, create 57 new topics which tops the 52 from last month and only trails the 69 new topics from Dec. 2012. I'd like to personally thank Detective Barricade in his contribution efforts pertaining to those new topics yielded this month as he broke into the Lairs Top 10 (all time), in Topics Created with 18 so far. Keep up the good work, bud, and keep the information rolling in. It is the lifeblood of this (and any) forum after all!

That leads me in conclusion, to my "Welcome Aboard" finale paragraph. We had 3 new members join our brotherhood here at Galvatrons Lair. And I'd like to say, Welcome Aboard to: Detective Barricade, Joker and Shadow Walker. The Staff here is VERY pleased to have each and every one of you here at the Lair. And for whatever reason you've decided to come and be a part of our little corner of the internet. We certainly hope you stay! If there's anything we can help you with, change here, or you just need someone to talk to.....we're here for you!

Notes: Congrats to Detective Barricade for cracking the "dishonor role" (min. 100 posts) in his first month here. Congrats!
Notes: Joker you "just" missed out on making Hon-Whore-Able mention having 71 posts this month out of the required 75. Better luck next month, bud!

I'm not one to post, for the sake of posting. And I've been really busy with projects and stuff. Barely had any time for here, or the Realm.

Seriously doubt I'll be breaching 100 posts for a good few months, but I'll jump on when I can.

And I've just hit 666 posts. I like that number...

No worries, and I'm the same way. My posting in VoV has really trailed off as I usually tend to hit that sub-forum last and sometimes never make it through all the unanswered threads. We understand, 'bro. And as long as you keep coming back, that's all that matters anyways! It's great having you here Dez!

Well one thing with at least one of the new members, they forgotten to do a intro thread for themselves!

Anyway, third place, not to bad, but March has been a bit of a dull month with little going on of interest!

It's been worse around here. But no, we're not kicking ass this month either, but's partly my fault as I've fell to a distant 3rd in the post rank statistics so far this month. Guess I haven't found my "groove" yet.

Well no one has solves 20 questions yet and I'm still for more questions to see who can guess the id of the character I got in mind! This rate, I might forget who it is, but not yet!
