I think the paint job on him is superb. Really glossy finish and probably will outshine the rest. The tampos and body kit on Smokescreen, though, are definitely drool worthy.

So what are your thoughts on those two?

Not to bad, thou I'm not very keen on Downforce's transformation, mainly his feet and how they go in vehicle mode, its a pain to get them right and then slide back the cab window, its because of the way its designed, it kind of bothers me a bit! As for Last Chance, I think he is the best out of the lot, he a lot more straight forward thou getting the robot mode head back up when changing from vehicle to robot is a pain, I had to use pillars to really get a good grip on it and pull it up! Anyway, its four down, one to go which is I hope not going to be a problem because its the only item in that order, where's this one problem was the Rex Blaster and Kapow taking ages to get it in and when in not doing anything with the order of mine!

Downforces feet are a pain in the ass. And be careful with the windshield too, it only rotates one way, otherwise you'll have cracked glass.   I read through the thread over on TFW so I knew ahead of time to be careful with mine. As for Last Chance, I think he's my favorite of the bunch so far too.

I kind of figured the windshield bit but still I'm not to keen on how they done the feet for him because it takes out much of the fun of transforming him back and forth! I'm thinking maybe in my next comic all four will show up thou they might just be background characters for a flashback scene that I have in mind!

Had this arrive sometime last week:
TFC Wings of Uranos!   Now I can "officially" say my 3rd party Superion is completed.



And this just hit my "Pile of Loot" over on BBTS. Meaning it's paid for....just going to wait until a couple MMC Feral Cons (Predacons) drop this year before I hit the ship button. MMC Dazzling Glory add-on kit for Hexatron! Chrome helmet and guns...giving that much needed "bling" to my 3rd party Sixshot.

YES I DID!! In fact I got MP Soundwave (Hasbro) today with 5 of his minions.

Got this huge box, SUPER LIGHT so it wasn't bad on shipping cost at all!
Strategically packed in this huge box was so many lightweight protective items to make sure my "package" packed securely...

The empty box on top of Styrofoam to prevent anything from bouncing around...

Underneath the Styrofoam was hard L-shaped cardboard perfectly cut around to fit in the giant box with bubble wrap for that extra security.

And at the bottom, even more bubble wrap

Under the bubble wrap.... more Styrofoam.


And inside all the brilliant packing was a MINT box with MP Soundwave and 5 of his minions...


Soundwave is actually easy to transform. It only took me a few minutes.

A comparison of MP next to G1

G1 SOUNDWAVE: G1 superior... MP inferior... I got 3 more minions SLUGFEST, OVERKILL, RATBAT...eject!

MP SOUNDWAVE: Rumble, Frenzy.... Operation... take down the uncharismatic fossils!
G1 RUMBLE: Hey! Nobody calls Soundwave un-crasamatic!--- oooof!!!

And now my MP Soundwave, Ravage, Rumble, Frenzy, Buzzsaw and Laserbeak are proudly displayed on top of my printer. Along with G1 Ratbat in the tape deck

These guys purely blew me away on such great detail and quality. Each transformation is simple and every piece goes tightly into place. This is a MUST HAVE for any Soundwave fan.
I will soon get the reprolabels put on and post more pics in the proper thread.

Once again, I thank you so much Sixshot for going out on a limb and actually finding this for me.

Once again, I thank you so much Sixshot for going out on a limb and actually finding this for me.

Those fuckers really kicked the shit out of that box.    Looks like they set a refrigerator on top of it (more than likely). Bastards, I almost went with UPS too. Glad it got there in mint shape, brother! I'm more glad you got a MP Soundwave + Cassettes that were free from QC errors. Looking good! I think you have your set in better poses than I got mine in. LOL! I really dig how you have Frenzy and Rumble looking like they're in motion with those piledrivers!    Can't wait to see what which one (MP) you go after next! And if I can help you in any way (tips or advice) let me know, I think the store hunting's over though for me until Hasbro puts out something better than Acid Storm. *sigh**fanwank* But I do have fun hunting!

Looks like the box had a fight with something else enroute and won, making it the boxes of boxes in the van at the time of the brawl!

Had my first Feral Con arrive today!   Can't wait until the rest get released...
