I'll probably be getting this when it comes out. Will look really nice alongside Mech Ideas Demolition Crew.
Re: FansProject Warbot 'Roadbuster'
Looks ok, but I think the paint job could use a little work because it seems rather plain and not very inspiring, I think really they should do more camouflage styling for the paint! Thou I'll probably pass on him!

I can see myself ordering this one. I've seen some pics of this fig on one of the TF Website. Just no eta I guess. Needs to arrive before I spend my tax money... lol.

Now that I have Generations Whirl, this figure is pretty high up there on my "to get" list. Plus I just sold off my G1 Roadbuster that was 100% and MIB. Got a small Wreckers collection so far and he'll look great in it. Fansproject has this figure on its production line (along with Mindwipe) now that team Menasor is done and over with

I'm still passing on this!

Not to derail the thread too much, but where did you get your Whirl Sixshot? In retail or online? I've hit every store in town and check on the sightings thread every other day, and haven't found a chain yet stocking Whirl. Guess I'll know that Roadbuster is ready for order when the typical reviewers get them in. I'm excited for this guy.
Oh, and how does his partner fit in? He doesn't seem to be a headmaster from what I can tell, and he doesn't appear to be a target master... what is he?

I preordered it from BBTS. As part of FansProjects Steel Core line, that little dude is the driver and transforms and plugs in as a backpack in robot mode. I don't own any of their SC line figures, but there's probably going to be something in the bio explaining how he's the power source as the backpack or something to that effect.
Yeah, I haven't bought anything from an actual retail store since last Oct. when I found a MP Soundwave in the wild for Galvy.SuperOmegaPrime wrote:Online, Six been off in the repair shop the last couple of days!

Nothing EVER comes to S. Arkansas until 6-12 months after everyone else in the US gets it.
Re: FansProject Warbot 'Roadbuster'
At least you get it Six, in the UK, only two shops I know of, stock the Generations lines, one is Forbidden Planet and the other is Toys R US, the others stock only at the mo, Beast Hunters, thou now I got to rely even more on the net because my local Toy shop closed up and frankly my local Tesco doesn't have much of a range of TFs currently and that's mostly just voyagers with a few deluxes of the Predacons Rising line, in fact most of the voyagers they are stocking are just Dark Steel from the Predacons Rising line!
