Re: MatrixHub
When BPP, Sixshot (trading at the time as road buster if I recall, but my memory fails me sometimes) and I set up the lair, we three came in with no experience, no members, no nothing. None of us knew what the fuck we were doing, but we improvised. Over time, more members came our way because, unlike other boards, we are not a big forum with a gazillion members and we don't really have any rules as such (other than "don't piss people off").
If you want a successful website, you gotta go about it the right way, you need people with knowledge on various aspects of your chosen subject. You have to be open to any ideas others may suggest. Critically, you have to get word out that your website exists, but do it in a "come join the insane fun" way rather than a "I need members" way.
Your website ..... Yeah, it's got a lot of life in it I think, long as you keep experimenting and find what people like. I will probably join up tonight when I'm outta A&E and not under the influence of rather powerful painkillers.
