I am mainly only collecting G1 at th momz kinda interested in some of those Generations line though (hey my wallet just ran away.....)

that's been the word going around. I'm sure it will do some damage to the value of the original. But for Unicron's sake!!!! Look at the price for that 2ft tall bastard. He's over priced anyway.

On one hand the size of him makes it seem a bit of an odd one to re-issue to me, on the other a lot of collectors will buy the cheaper (but still expensive) encore. Regardless I don't have the space for him so I will have to pass.

At least everyone that's always wanted a Fort Max can now get one at an affordable rate. I got mine from Dirge (RIP) , bright white, complete and shipped from overseas; so I'd have a hard time coming off mine to sell anyways, but yeah I think it's going to hurt the value in the long run for owners of the original.

Robot Kingdom has it the cheapest I think at $299.99 Galvy. Highly recommended, dealt with them several times and they are an "ace, top notch" company. Shipping might be a little higher, from China, but you should still be able to get it cheaper than what BBTS ($329.99 + s/h) and TfSource ($345.99 + s/h) are going to sell it for total. Not only that you'll get it in your hand before the other two competitors even have their stock come in a lot of the times.

I'm thinking about ordering one ONLY if the box is awesome and has a strong G1 resemblance. I'd keep the box and sell the toy because it'd be worth it for me just to have a nice box for mine.

i have not seen any pics of the box yet.

I have been wanting them to release this big bastard forever now then finally do and I don't even collect Transformers anymore.....@#$%^%$#@!!!

That would be the perfect way to start back collecting again, though. ;)

I was hoping they might carry this at TRU or something. Does anyone remember how much the RiD Fort Max was in stores? Could you even buy that in stores?

I have no idea. I know Fort Max ran $100 back in '87. I imagine RID Max
was available overseas in the Japanese market. How much? I don't have a
clue.

Encore Fort Max along with MP Soundwave have both been delayed until late March 2013. So about a 6 week delay but probably better for everybody as it gives you more time to save up.

MP Soundwave might end up being mine. I fear for my bank balance.

Wonder if they will make an MP squirt to go in his tape deck?

g1 toy talk yeah woot

I have been applying the stickers to my g1 dinobots and boy are those things tiny.  did sludge and snarl yesterday and hoping to get grimlock and swoop done today.

Reprolabels? I need to get some stickers for my G1 Dinos as well...
