I use Kapow a lot, thou on occasions they do seem to forget orders, example, my order of Last Chance and Downforce with the gun for FOC Grimlock, I spent ages waiting for it to be dispatched, evenly look up the item that was the delay and found it in stock yet nothing happened until I sent a query and within a couple of days I had my items! In other words, they aren't prefect!
