I remodeled my REAL Lair
Here is a "before" and "after"

The hardest part was removing everything (except tub)
After I removed the toilet and the counter, I ripped up the carpet Giggity

Then fixed a creeking noise in the floor
Cleaned the floor from staples and nails
Layed down the linoleum
Put the toilet back in place
Replaced the counter with a new one
Hooked up the plumbing to the sinks and called it done.
