Thanks Rumble, I like the announcement thingy also!
I was digging around in the admin panel and found it. I'm going to use that to post up "what's new"
That's why I changed this section from "what's new" to "comments/suggestions/ complaints"

I'll be able to greet new members and other various announcements.
