This "is" the definitive Megatron for any CHUG (or Classics) collection. Solid, well built and extremely poseable. The illuminescent red light piping features built into the eyes and fusion cannon are also a nice touch. Gives it a real menacing look. Face sculpt is also pretty accurate. Being a little on the tall side for a Voyager he'll scale perfectly with the rest of your Decepticons and can almost look such Ultra class characters like Onslaught dead in the optics. Scales perfectly with other 3rd party Decepticons, such as the TFC Constructicons, as he's about a head taller than those guys. I own this guy and can't recommend him highly enough. Plastic and paint are top tier quality and I've transformed mine several times with no issues. Get him now while a lot of stores still carry him and have him in stock. Being a fairly new release (2012) means the aftermarket prices haven't shot through the roof......yet. But they will. Don't miss out!

C.H.U.G: Classics, Henkei, Universe, Generations lines. Or more simply put a "modernized" G1 collection.
Re: ToyWorld Hegemon
I figured it was those kinds of figs, but just could not finger it out. Henkei threw me off, for sure.
Re: ToyWorld Hegemon
It's not a perfect analogy considering Reveal the Shield, 3rd Party and now Fall of Cybertron are falling into that display element. I usually just refer to the whole lot as Classics myself.
Re: ToyWorld Hegemon
dam i missed that sig! I'll get the next one.
I also prefer them all to be called classics
But if you toss in 3rd party in the mix then it needs to be Classics to the 3rd power or CHUG x3

If anyone comes across one of these at a good price, please let me know. I keep hoping Toyworld will release another round of these.

I had lost all hope in finding you one of these for ANYWHERE close to retail price! I paid $115 for mine and pre-ordered it the day it came up. I dug, and dug for you and found 1 store.....it's TOY WORLD'S Store, too. So the official manufacturers store (3rd party store), based in China so the shipping will run you $18 to the USA. BUT he's IN STOCK! . Holy crap! Hegemon is selling for $225 on Ebay, iOffer and everywhere else I looked but you can get him HERE for retail price straight from the manufacturer!:

EDIT: They accept Paypal, too.
Re: ToyWorld Hegemon
Finally sold mine last night. Probably going to use the money to buy Fans Toys Tesla. I think he'll look great standing next to KFC's Transistor and MP-25 Tracks when it comes out.
