I got my nice new bike now, but now I need to get a bigger clamp for my Dlock and a new rear light that can fit onto it, in other words, more money to be spent, tomorrow, just for those little extras! Effectively, I'm not going to really have any money to use until the start of May! Who knew bike shopping could be so frickin expensive, about the only thing I plan to do with my bike is take the stuipd bell off despite the law saying you got to have some means of warning people that your there, hello, voice anyone? Besides, a bell is useless when it comes to cars, they make a lot of noise and they drain out most other sounds, thus, the bell is completely utterly, USELESS!!

Random thought of the day....
Why can't daylight savings time continue all year? Why screw us out of an hours worth of sleep only to give it back to us later on in the year? Why make the days shorter in the winter, when it rains more, is colder, exc...when we have just as much outside work to do then as we would during the summer months?

Earlier, I posted the halfway point of my old Unicron War arc, photo comics, act 6 of 12, the war really starts and there's just a brawl between two characters, plus a little comedy prior to that!

Mother's day, all I can give my mum this year, is a card, I just don't have any spending money as such because of that new bike I bought myself, but I'll most likely do something or at least make it up later in the year when money not so tight!

I'll think I'll show up an hour later to work on Monday so I don't feel cheated this weekend.

And Mothers Day is this weekend in the UK? Doesn't roll around 'till May here in the US. Sorry for both your loss' Mike and Al. Moms are everything and sometimes we just don't let them know that enough. At least in my case...:(

However, when I became a father, I fully understood what she meant.

Sadly, its true, heck, I need to write my mum's card, I've not done it yet!

Anyway, from the looks of things, 2013 will be an expensive year because I think my PC is, well, its been causing some trouble lately, completely freezing without cause or reason, forcing me to reboot it and its a couple of times recently, been saying that its overclocked on the visuals after rebooting and yet I'm not playing anything to heavy the visuals side of things! In other words, some point later in the year, I'll have to get me a new computer and they aren't cheep from my view, thou I'll most likely be able to save a bit of cash by using my current mouse and keyboard, plus the monitor, they seem to be working just fine, thou I hope they not changed the connections to the back since I bought my last one, which is the machine I'm at, at the mo! What also making this year more costly is FP Stunticons and some awesome looking figures from Hasbro, such as FOC Metroplex! Of course, I've already spent £470 on buying a new bike, then I got to add on £17 for a cable lock to enable me to keep my bike tires safe, all I need now for my bike is a holder for my D-lock!

Sorry for the rant, just wanted that off my chest

Computers aren't cheap. I had to invest in a new Dell desktop last year, myself. Dropped $550 or so. You might want to try clearing out your cache, defragmenting or resetting your PC back to its factory default before giving up on it though. Also, Unicron (Brandi's) is a big help when it comes to PC's and advice on getting them at operational performance again. Check with her as she can be really helpful in these situations.

Its been through several purges of the system since I got it, so its a sign that its been thoroughly used, anyway, when I do get a new machine, it won't take long to transfer my data from the current machine, because most of it, now on External HDs and what's on the C:\ drive, won't take long to copy or move across!

Anyway, just got back from work, a pleasant day if I do say so myself, Sunday's thou one of my longest days, it tends to be the most laid back of them because the shop isn't overflowing with people and lots of calls from other members of staff, to the till to help clear queues! Tomorrow, aside from doing up one of my sections, I need to over haul the crisp room in the warehouse to make sure everything is nice and tidy and the most resent stock, to arrive, goes in, neatly and behind the older stuff, I want the older stuff to go first, or we'll end up with boxes of out of date stuff, like a couple of weeks ago, I found four boxes of Watits Waffles, out of date because someone just piled them into the room with no regards for dates!

Just watched WWE Raw. The Paul Bearer tribute, with Undertaker and Kane was a choker. Tried really hard not to cry. Not ashamed to say that.

Just home from work, achieved more or less, my main goal for yesterday which was to tidy up the room that the Crisps store room and got rid of a trolley full of quavers either into a empty box because they expired or onto the shelves downstairs on the shop floor! Goal for Tomorrow, try and get the 3 for 99p cans out that came on the delivery truck today!

Oregon had the warmest day of the year so far high of 63 F.

Good for you, the other day around here, it was FREEZING with the wind, just trying to do the locks on my bike, was a bit of a chore, because its such a pain in the ass with the cable lock but the wind made my hands feel extremely cold because I can't wear gloves doing that as its tricky to handle the keys!

In a mo, I'm going to post another act from my Unicron War story in the usual place, I've also been thinking, maybe at some point soon, reboot everything in my comics and start over fresh from scratch, well, maybe, haven't really decided yet!

The new G.I. Joe movie hits theaters 2 weeks from tomorrow. Anyone else going to see it?

I'll wait for it to come to TV, seen the first Gi Joe movie like that, not very keen upon it, but then, I never been a Joe fan, in fact, I don't think I have ever seen a single ep of the show, which just goes to show, outside of the US, its fan base is relatively weak, unlike TF, face it, who doesn't like vehicles that can suddenly become robots? (If anyone says no, then why are they hanging around Galvatron's lair?)

Another day gone by, nothing done today because it was my day off from work, spent most of it, playing an old game, Black and White 2, some reason, I keep coming back to that game, not sure why, its just one of those games I guess, maybe I should start a thread called Games you come back to?

I take it you're not a big Action Force fan, then? G.I. Joe aired in the UK back in the 80's (comics were written, exc..), just under a different moniker.

Sure~! Gnaws Gameplay could use some activity! Then again, I'm assuming you're talking about a video game and not a board game?

Video game, as for Action force, never seen any of that either, which also goes to show how weak it is compared to TF, if anything, I say TF is one of Hasbro's golden boyz, where's GI is more silver coloured because its not really cracked the world stage, only the US stage!

Well another day at work has gone by, on and off the tills, while trying to patch up my sections in the shop, but a lot of the time, they get hammered because people like what they see and think "I must get one of those or two of those!" "Maybe I'll have three of those! I simply must have four of those!" That's how some of the offers go on one of my two sections!

Random thought of the day....
Being a toy collector is either feast or famine, depending on the year. I remember 2008-2009 being great years for official Hasbro products (both Tf'ers and G.I. Joes), then in 2011 we got Generations. Then another dry spell until 2013 hit and now we're getting bombarded. *sighs*

A little consistency would be excellent and probably easier on the wallet too.
