The weather around here, well its raining cats and dogs and blowing the shit out of everything and I'm going shopping later with my dad for a new pair of shoes, which will be an early Christmas gift to me!  

I don't want to go to work today

Back from shopping in town, I think today I spent about £100 on stuff, books, comics, DVDs, plus a last minute Christmas gift for my Dad, found when picking up my comics, they forgot to put aside a copy of Dark Cybertron #1, so I gone and ordered that off Ebay from a seller I trust when it comes to comics, I also nabbed me another Laserback figure because Laserback is serving as a beast drone in my comics, I'll do a full run down of what I got in the thread for what we buy, next job when done with E-mails is to write out that list!

Finished my shopping ages ago I hate being out in the run up to Xmas

My shopping is complete, all that remains is Revenge, I mean wrapping up and paying what I owe to my parents which shouldn't be much of a problem considering HMIR gave me a check for about £700 of over payed Tax, which been payed in already and should be in the bank by now considering its been a week since I payed it in, not letting those Assholes in government get any more than what normal for Tax paying!

It was definitely windy last night, because two things happened, one a ball that's been stuck on our roof for ages finally fell off and got binned, secondly our big black bin, which was in the street for bin day (today) fell over and it was FULL! So who let Ravage at the bake beans again?  

Waiting on the children to wake up so we can all open presents.

Maybe a little but at least its a good excuse to spend time with family and not have to work, besides its technically the season of good will and some displays of lights are used as an excuse to raise money for charity! The thing that bugs me the most at Christmas, is some of the songs, especially when repeated, half of them have little to no meaning to them!

Edit: I really need to get on and do my wrapping up of gifts, GAH why do I always leave that to the last minute?

I got a Mr Hankey hanging on my tree

 

I got Starscream on top of my tree with Optimus prime and BB on the lowest levels of the tree its self, while at the bottom, there is a bunch of Autobots guarding it but they don't realize that Starscream has claimed the tree for this year!

Well I'm done with my wrapping, all that remains is to put the gifts around the tree down stairs thou I'll do that tomorrow and I better charge up my camera battery for tomorrow, me want pics of my niece and Nephew as they open their gifts!

Merry Christmas! Just got through burning a CD. Fixing to hook up the spare PS3. And as for the rest, you'll just have to wait and see.

Now unwrapped all my gifts, favorite item has to be picture of my niece & Nephew together, they look so sweet!   Next business is to put in the pic of my haul, well most of it, two items are being left out on purpose, one is the picture and the other is outside being aired after it got sprayed with water proofing spray!

What's the purpose of "water proofing spray"? What happens if you spill water on it?

Its a pair of shoes, the spray job is to keep water from getting into the shoe as I go through wet grass or puddles!

Just watched Iron man 3, not a bad film but I think Ben Kingsley role was over hyped! About the best bit, is House Protocol, thou the sky rescue scene was also impressive!

Mine went like this:
Get up
have a bite to eat
go to my sisters for a few hours
come home
linger around for a while
unwrap the gifts there
linger around again
have Christmas dinner while watching Doctor Who at the Proms 2013
linger around, go and watch Iron man 3
linger around
Watch Doctor Who Christmas ep (better exit than David's for the Doctor)
Linger around
try to do a photo comic but end up just looking for parts to figures
install and play Lego marvel super heroes
And that brings me to about now, so overall, a pretty descent day if I say so myself, I just got to clear my bed in order to be able to sleep on it because I got a load of figures on it currently but that shouldn't take long but it should enable me tomorrow, to make a start on the few ideas I got for my Dark Days storyline, I just don't have any ideas for a Christmas theme comic this year!

I buy Steal Toe, and water proof boots.
