MP Bluestreak is pretty awesome! I'd actually consider double-dipping if they ever made a diaclone "blue" Bluestreak.....but a fella can only dream at this point.
 

Had my last issue of the UK TF mag arrive, I'm not bothering to renew my subscription because the quality of it, has fallen even furrier in resent years to the point, its not worth getting any more, thou this is meant to be the first issue using AOE with the title, I can't be bothered to renew because I know its going to be a load of crap!

Thoughts? He's the best damn transformer in my entire collection!!    And no, I'm not overexaggerating or anything just because he's new. He's....that....damned.....good! No QC issues on mine either, though getting the legs to peg together for the back half of the dino mode was a bitch. Everything's tight and the friction joints seem to be holding their own weight thus far. Ratchets made that beautiful, LOUD clicking sound. Solid figure and everything I had hoped for in another MP from Fans Toys. They sure didn't disappoint with Quakewave and I wasn't let down with Scoria either.

he looks like he dwarfs Grimlock. That would be why he comes with extra Grimlock boosters.

They should of made him smaller than Grimlock, not give Grimlock boosters because then Grimlock's proportions are going to be wrong!

Grimlock's the one who is out of scale. Takara-Tomy redone their "new" MP line starting with MP-10 and started scaling everything afterwards to him. Scoria is the correct height. Grimlock is the one who is outdated and Fans Toys done us all a favor by including the booster shoes with the 1st run of Scoria to bring him up to scale. With the booster shoes Grimlock and Slag are now a perfect head level with each other...the only thing that makes Scoria "appear" to be taller is the dino kibble that crowns his robot head. Fans Toys does, however, plan on making an up-to-date Grimlock after they finish the other 4 dinobots, assuming Takara doesn't do it first....

Still, the body will still be wrong on Grimlock when you add on the shoes, its like putting him on stilts, when you think about it and suddenly expect his arms to be bigger along with the rest of him!

It's a temporary fix until a better MP Grimlock is made. Blame Hasbro/Takara, not Fans Toys. Besides...if you display any of the car robots in front of him, you'll never see Grimlocks feet anyways.

together they form, Landfill, plus a unidentified Tank Gobot who missing a set of threads and his tank barrel, he was just a bonus pile of trash I suspect the previous owner didn't want, one thing is for sure, he almost as old as I am, having been made in 83!

I also got One piece volume 71

Snagged Generations Waspinator and Sandstorm today at TRU. Also picked up a couple packs of Garbage Pail Kids stickers....oh and finally bought Dark of the Moon on Blu-Ray, lol. TRU was having a buy 1, get 1 @50% off sale on Transformers only (well not really, but they still had it advertised so I made them honor it) so I only spent $7.50 on 'ole Waspinator.  

I had AOE leader Grimlock arrive today, just finished transforming him into Dino mode, he my first AOE figure that I've gotten so far, others are just on order currently, I agree with other people's view that the Dino mode is the weaker point of this figure, thou I think the major fail, is the fact they gave him a shield, it takes up a lot of room that could of been better used to improve the overall Dino mode! I do love the Dino mode head, its beautiful and has some personalty to it! With the robot mode, I think the head could use a ball joint, I can't see why they didn't include one! Overall, he is pretty nice, I think he'll be spending most of the time in robot mode than Dino because it looks much better!

Got in the mail, Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon manga box sets 1 & 2, thou I have the manga from last time they were about, this is the revised version of the manga, re-translated into English and packed in a nice box that's decorated with cover images lifted from the manga and they come with stickers, thou so far, I've only opened the first boxset and seen the stickers and they are chibi pictures of the first five scouts and Sailor Moon's daughter from the future in her scout form!

Fans Toys FT-04 Scoria (Iron Dibots No.1)
Age of Extinction Deluxe Drift
Age of Extinction Deluxe Strafe

Scoria is based on G1 Slag, and that's no Beryllium baloney. He's got a couple of minor issues, but is overall very solid...and heavy.

Drift is no Scorn, but he's pretty cool for what he is. Kind of wish they went with lighter translucent plastic for his light piping though. Strafe is a simple toy, but nonetheless a welcome addition to the movie Dinobots, unlike Slash whom I intend to skip. But those wrists are so weird... I'll explain when I get around to reviewing him.

Daca Toys Kronos (MP Skyfire)! Love this guy and he fits right in with the others...PERFECT G1 Skyfire! I can't imagine a more slavishly G1 version made. Even though there's been reports of some QC issues, mine doesn't have any issues what-so-ever. Thank Primus, I was one of the lucky ones... anyways for the price he came in at, I have NO regrets!

All you got to do now, is figure out how to get the Autobots to fit inside of his jet mode!

Ok, I got this little lot yesterday in the mail:



Only two more movie Dinobots to go before completion, one of which is on his way and he'll arrival the leader of the pack in that picture, in terms of size! The space ship, is pretty cool, it was on offer at Toys R US website (UK) along with the Dinobots, so for the ship, instead of paying £80, I got it for £63 which is pretty good deal, the deal on the Dinobots is, buy one, get another half price, so I ended up buying the voyager Grimlock!

finally broke down and bought a Star Wars Black Series 6 inch Sandtrooper. Now do I or do I not take him out of package?
Should I resale and make a small profit?
Should I open and build an army?
I think 5 of these guys would be enough.
