Universe Cyclonus

Feel free to post your Transformers toy reviews here. I'm gonna kick things off with my favorite Transformer of all time the Classics/Universe Cyclonus.

There are not enough words to describe the awesomeness of this figure!!!
So I figured Pics would work.

I have to say it. Classics cyclonus while a good figure has some flaws that most seem to skip past. (And at least for me mean that he is not in my top 10 fav figures list)

In his vehicle mode (Mine one at least) the gap between his folded up legs that don't really clip into anything. {If they'd been able to clip together like when they form the legs in bot mode the jet mode would hold together a lot better} annoys me as does the fact that the parts with the landing gear on float around. The robot arms also have some trouble staying tabbed in as does the targetmaster if you put him in the TF headmasters position [hand folded away gun tabbed into wrist].

You are absolutly right Dez. And I thank you for reminding me that it's important to review the flaws as well.
Especially if someone is to want to buy the reviewed item. I totally overlooked the flaws on Cyclonus.
His pure awesomenessessess outweighs his flaws IMO.

Still #1 on my list

Nice review Galvatron. Out of the handful of Classics/Universe figures I have, this is the one that is still mosc. Honestly, after reading this review, I want to go rip him out of his plastic prison and transform him a few times. :lol!:

I love my Cyclonus and I totally agree with you Galvy.

Love the Universe Cyclonus figure! Now Hasbro do us all a damn favor and make us a Scourge so I can go out and buy at least 4 of them

no kidding!!

I bought 2 of them when 6" Titanium made a Scourge.
They are a bit shorter than G1, but they look good as sweeps next to Scourge. A Universe Scourge would be KILLER!!!

i like to see universe myself the titaniums where only a short ran time and more expensive then and even more now lol

The one thing that bugs me about TFU Cyclonus the most, is the fact you can only put his partner into one hand to be held as a proper gun, they could of saved some plastic by giving him holes in both hands for holding his gun or another 5 ml peg weapon!

Out of the paint jobs this mould got, I think the first one Hasbro did is the best, he is my Cyclonus, the RTS one, he is Armada (by name), so my circle of main season 3 cons is complete, thou, I hope some point Hasbro and Takara have another crack at Galvatron!
