Twisty things!!!!

Not sure where this belongs but gonna take a punt and post here!!
On to my point.... Where on gods green earth do the toymakers get the twisty things from they really must haves miles of the stuff!!! One scout figure (depthcharge ROTF) had six on him for god sake!! Who puts them on aswell as they must have a "who can get most twists from the shortest length" competion!!! Come christmas day im gonna have a pile of them with no use than to hold the slighty broken baubbles (made from fallen enemies eyes!) on a battered tree or maybe make the blue peter tracy island (well the trees) Anyway thats it i have had my say!!!
