My Natural Collection

I find no humor in this. You guys disappoint me and the fake rocks made her leave...thanks guys...

Did my pic piss everyone off? I was playing with my transforming rock toys a few months back and took that pic, and though it would compliment the thread. I meant no offense.

Some people can joke around easy but cass is sensitive to this and she just didnt find it funny even if you meant it in good humor. For me personally the joking around you guys do doesnt phase me much but I am always mindful of other people and try to choose the right time to joke around so I don't offend anyone.

No offense.....but you are posting a collection thread containing
minerals, geodes, crystals, fossils and ROCKS on a Transformers forum.
Don't get offended when another member comes along and posts something
similarly related tying the two together. Just my . And I hate to see you leave but I feel things were taken way out of context here and blown way out of proportion.

Well, I know Cass, and I can understand why she didn't find it funny.

This forum is for OTHER collections than Tf's if you guys didn't notice. So Cass posting her rock collection here is not at all wrong.

And Ramjet making a DIRECT correlation between rocks and transformers was not only, in my opinion, witty but also relevant and in no way impeded or interfered with comments she would have normally obtained in this thread otherwise. If anything it refreshed this thread. Remember guys, this is a public forum not a private showcase. And respect wasn't an issue here...I certainly wouldn't get mad if someone posted a transforming G.I. Joe in my G.I. Joe collection thread. Lighten up guys.

Well you guys ridiculed something that means a lot to Cass. Had you known her as well as I do, you would know, this is a sensitive subject for her. The fact that you wouldn't be offended by it, doesn't mean it is okay to do it. So in my world, yes, respect is a big issue here. Remember, not all share the same humor as us that are here every day.

Hey we each have our "non-Transformers" collections that mean a lot to us. So it's hard for me to sympathize and make excuses for just one person. I have my G.I. Joes and M.A.S.K, Galvatron has his Hot Wheels, Rumble has his Legos, Ramjet has his KO's, Dirge has his Britains....I could go on and on. My point is, if it's really an uber-sensitive subject for you to discuss in the first place then DON'T POST it on a PUBLIC FORUM and expect comments/remarks. Am I making sense? And again how is respect an issue here? If anything Ramjet was shining some light on her collection (complimenting her) by showing something he owns that has a DIRECT correlation to what she's collecting in the first place. It was just taken the wrong way.

I have said what I wanted to say. I end it here. And since Cass left, we might as well just close this topic.

how about since this is over with and Cass left that we just let it be and lock this thread. I already talked to Ramjet and we know it wasn't mean't in a disrespectful way. But for Cass this is just a hard place to be on because of how the lair is, and honestly I am surprised she lasted as long as she did so I commend her for that.

Agreed. I hate to see her go. Cass/Stormfront is a good friend of mine just like everyone else. I just feel like there was a huge misunderstanding here and some rash decisions were made. If anyone (Stormfront included) wants to discuss this further, either PM here or on the Shadow Realm (Hollow). As for now I'm closing this thread.

Also if Stormfront would like to return some time in the future, the door is open
