Yes it does. I keep mine in robot mode with rest of the track pieces bagged up and stored away.flik68 wrote:i got g1 omega supreme yesterday....man his base mode takes up a lotta real estate.
Had this arrive a couple days ago, in a huge ass box. My wife opened it up before I got home and was impressed, which is rare for her considering she sees toys arrive all the time. But even she had to admit, that this was "one bad ass looking Optimus Prime." It also takes up a lot of real estate....gotta get it opened and on display soon when work slows down:

Re: Wud you git? Post it here!
looks like that MP Prime just stepped out of the cartoon series and got trapped in that box.
Re: Wud you git? Post it here!
He shall be freed this weekend. A major MP unboxing is due: MP Sideswipe, MP Red Alert, MP Grimlock, MP Soundwave, MP Shockwave (Quakewave) and MP Sixshot (Hexatron) now that I have the display space for them all.Galvatron wrote:looks like that MP Prime just stepped out of the cartoon series and got trapped in that box.
Re: Wud you git? Post it here!
Oh yes... I remember getting an enormous box in the mail that harbored a slightly smaller box containing that piece of plastic awesomeness I received from Cass on the Realm. I also remember the extra $30 or so I had to cough up to the UPS guy because UPS wanted more monies. <_< What can brown do for me? Not charge me for something I've already paid for unless I've agreed to pay the shipping when it gets to me.
...I caved. I bought a little yellow dude that turns into a car. And it's not Bumblebee. He's got team mates he combines with, one of whom I got with him! And the better version of that Deluxe Optimus toy. And then I found a Not-Optimus worth getting...
FansProject Causality CA-09 Car Crash
FansProject Causality CA-11 Down Force
Generations 30th Megatron
Generations 30th Orion Pax
United UN-22 Laser Optimus Prime
The Causality cars are pretty cool looking in both modes. Pose able, too. Car Crash has some parts that don't quite like cooperating in a buttery smooth manner...going into car mode in particular. And since T-Bone has a very similar transformation and body, I suspect the same will hold true for him once I can get him. Down Force could have used something to lock the head up in robot mode. It won't fall back down on its own, but there's nothing to resist being pushed down when trying to turn the head. Knees are limited too, but at least they cut a divot out of the back of the thigh to free it up a bit. Dinkiest gun pieces ever, thus this guy must never be played with in places where tiny pieces could get lost FOREVER. United Laser Optimus... Oh man is this figure good. Suck it, Wreck-Gar and Perceptor, this guy is the best from your wave in the Reveal the Shield line. (Jazz is still the best of the Deluxe figures in that line) And the United version fixes my biggest gripe with the RtS version in that the cab is black, not dark blue when everything around it is black. AWESOME light piping effects, and I don't mean his eyes. Megatron is the IDW stealth bomber design fans have been asking for since it debuted in the previous Ongoing series. Granted, most fans were likely hoping for a Voyager at the least, and by the time this toy came out he's long since dropped this body like yesterday's junk, but at least we got it. And WOW is this thing cool. Orion Pax is pretty devious. He's an Optimus Prime toy, and yet technically he isn't. I like the weapons well enough, and I like how different Orion's transformation is from the typical Optimus Prime transformation. The panel behind his head is a little distracting, but overall I'm happy with the first new mold Orion Pax toy ever. (the ehobby Orion Pax is a repaint of Kup)
Sadly, the international versions of the Generations 30th Deluxe figures do not include the Spotlight comics for the toys. Instead they all have a huge sticker of Orion Pax's comic cover picture stuck onto the cardback above the bubble. Yay. (not like the international version of Metroplex is all that worth it...maybe if the rumors of him showing up at CostCo for like $80 later this year prove true) At least Orion's insert for the international versions doesn't have MEGATRON plastered in front of his pic on the side... Oops. Hopefully I can score Trailcutter/Trailbreaker later. Not sure if I want Bumblebee or if I want to hold off for Goldfire. Also gotta hit up Chapters and see if I can obtain ANY of these Spotlight comics. I hear Megatron's is pretty cool, and I am interested in Orion's antics with Alpha Trion.
Anyone got a T-Bone they're willing to sell me?

My T-bone is staying here! As for the spotlight figures, I haven't bothered with the bug, mainly because I don't really like the look of the toy, its like IDW tried to beef him up yet failed!

Re: Wud you git? Post it here!
Sure. How do you want that cooked? Medium-rare, Rare or Well Done? I'd send it to you raw but I don't FBI agents on my tail when blood starts dripping from the box. But yeah, nice haul DB! Car Crash's/T-Bone's leg transformation can be a pain in the ass, but I appreciate how it's so different than what you're used to seeing. I assume you haven't sliced your fingers yet on the sharp panel corners? Lol. As for Down Force. Excellent figure, probably my fave of the bunch so far. And those guns are small....but then again, so were the G1's. I probably won't be transforming mine back and forth a lot, so hopefully I won't lose them.Detective Barricade wrote:Anyone got a T-Bone they're willing to sell me?
Re: Wud you git? Post it here!
This will be coming in the mail tomorrow. I already own a 100% complete G1 Roadbuster (rare amongst G1's), that I've been trying to sell. With this box and a custom bubble/insert from www.bubbleformer.com , I should be able to score a nice profit.

Your sig, the image has moved or been deleted I suspect!
Anyway, I got the other day in the mail, one tiny figure, Generations Metroplex! He kind of Oh my god in terms of size, maybe I underestimated him just a tad on size, the box he was delivered in you could fit at least four Metroplex in it, that's now been sliced down to size and just waiting for Tuesday so that it can be recycled!

Re: Wud you git? Post it here!
I just went behind the boards and your image file is still there in your profile area, so it must have been deleted on your end somehow? Try checking your image hosting account site (Photobucket, Tinypic, exc...) to see if it's still there. You may need to adjust it accordingly.flik68 wrote:hey what the hell happened to my sig?
As for me I ordered this from Robot Kingdom last weekend:
And I ordered this from BBTS last night:
Can not wait to add these to my MP shelf!!! They're going to look so damn good next to Sideswipe, Red Alert, Prowl and Co..
EDIT: Oh! And Reprolabels will be bought for both of these figures this weekend. Before & After pics in that thread FOR SURE in the near future!
Re: Wud you git? Post it here!
Then you need to get it on the net, use photobucket or something to host the image and then link it through to the site, that's how mine works!

Thanks guys! I'm sure they're taking notes, Galvy. When photos were released of Metroplex being designed, I noticed several 3rd party products on the desk of the Hasbro designer at the time. Probably bought for his personal collection, though.Galvatron wrote:very envious of your collection Sixer! Those 3rd party figures have come a long way!

Re: Wud you git? Post it here!
I think Personal collection as well, as for the notes, I think they take them and then their just disregarded before they reach the desk of whoever approves TF concept designs!

Re: Wud you git? Post it here!
Yes, one turns into a Popsicle. He's from Takara. Here's a sweet lot I got off the bay for about $15 shipped:
...and here's a lot I bought off a guy who runs a record store for about $150. Glad I stopped in that day, and even more glad I asked if he had any toys! Only like 2 or 3 guys are broken or missing accessories, not including any planet key things.
