Yep. That's the place, Galvy. Where as the story goes, (he/she) got kicked in the chest by a sheep one day at work and it had some sort of formalgahyde treatment on the hooves. Dirge died later on from complications from that.

That number would more than likely give confirmation one way or the other though.

He probably won't be stopping by any forums. He knows what he did was wrong and he don't expect forgivness from anybody. But he is in fact alive and well. I'm relieved enough just from that alone.

Having just read the chat roll archives, some things need clearing up here

1st, I'm afraid of nobody and nothing

2nd, what's the point of explaining myself when it's just gonna get shot down in flames?

3rd, if I'm not making sense to those I have spoken to, then maybe I need to make it crystal clear, I do what I think is right for ME, nobody else. I have spent far too long overlooking my own health and well being in favour of others, both here IRL and online.
That may sound selfish to you, but quite frankly, I don't really care if it does.
If I want to post here then I will, regardless of who is or isn't online at the same time.

my words may have been harsh but i was hurt, but really I don't care why you did it. I just don't understand why you pretended to be my friend and now you seem to hate me. And I don't care if you are here or not its your choice but I won't blast you down...I am over the shock now and I want to move on. I am sorry for my words and I hope one day you will talk to me again.

I understand you are upset, anyone facing that situation and learning that your friend who you thought died is really alive could be mad. I'm a very forgiving person, you may or may not know that. I don't hold grudges against people and I rarely get mad. I like to be friends with everyone and I will always attempt to mend relationships that get damaged.

So that said, can't we all just get along.

One of the things I miss the most was his antics in the RP on TFL. Everytime I read his posts they made me laugh.

same here, he always made me laugh and was one of my few friends I enjoyed talking to.

I feel like crap for being angry but whats the point in being angry because tomorrow it will become a forgotten memory for the reasons why...and life is too short to waste it on a senseless emotion.

all i can say, and this is the truth:

Dirge, no matter what your reason are, you have been and always will be my friend and I will honor the good times we had together.

We will be here for you. We will listen when you want to talk.

Things have changed, my life is different now, I'm different now. That difference means change. I'm not the gung ho seeker that I was. The last 8 months have not been easy for me and have almost forced me to change. The one constant thing in my life has been betrayal by those I considered close to me. Therefore, my own logic (Not Shockwave standards by any means) said that I remove myself from all friends. Permenantly. Both here IRL and online. That way I couldn't be hurt, I couldn't be screwed out of all my money for a third time. I pushed everyone away. My best friend of over 20 years deserted me when I most needed him. However, at the end of every dark tunnel comes light. This came in the form of my boss, who has done so much for me personally over the last 6 months. He picked me up, shook me down and gave me a good kicking when I needed it. He restored my confidence in people. I'm now happier than I have been in years. Then as the icing on the cake, I met my girlfriend Rachel about 8 weeks ago. Now I'm happily living in a small market town on my own, with very regular visits from my Rachel. :)
But always at the back of my mind was the lair and its core group of people. People who I thought a lot about, people who I had more or less abandoned. I knew if I tried to explain it fully then it will be shot down in flames. So, those of you who I have fully explained to know my reasons. I didn't just pop up back as everyone thinks. I was in touch with the big purple pump for days before I first posted back.
I wasn't even sure I wanted to come back, as I knew it would cause a shitstorm full of hate. But, after talking it over with BPP and Sixshot, I decided to give it a try. And lo and behold, a shitstorm full of hatred, both on here and on other websites too. In my book, you say what you think and you mean it, it's that simple. Either you accept me or you don't. Some have done (You all know who you are) some probably never will and some certainly wont. The world has made me a harsher person than I was, for better or worse, that's how it is.

It appears that people use you and then leave you. You are a magnet for bad friendships in real life. Your biggest problem is you got a big heart and you wear it on the outside for all to see. A lot of people have seen that and took advantage of it.

Real life friendship is very important to everybody. I can tell you are healing from all that and now have some real life friends.

But you always had your online family that would never dishonor you. True friends forgive and forget.

I put myself in your shoes and realized how hard it would be to even show my face around here. You braved the elements and stuck through the storm. Only proving are hoping for a 2nd chance from everybody.
